HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 3rd November, reads: — "Manila market quiet but steady. ‘.i 1 grade, November-January shipment sold at. £3l 10/-‘O’ grade, November-January shipment, quoted at £35 10/-. It is reported that freight to Great Britain and Continent will be advanced by 25/- per ton from the Ist December. Little more interest is shown' in New Zealand market. Probable buyers for fair at. £3O 10/-, high points £32'10/-.”
