A meeting of shareholders in the above company, in liquidation, was held in Mr Osborne’s premises, Foxton, on Tuesday afternoon, presided over by Mr C. E. Dempsey, liquidator. . A resolution authorising the liquidator to destroy the books six months from date was carried unanimously. On the motion of Mr R. McMurray, a vote of thanks and appreciation were passed to Mr Dempsey, for the capable manner in which he had discharged his duties as liquidator. . Mr Dempsey briefly acknowledged the compliment.
