The Government . Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day: — The indications are for and moderate breezes, but northerly winds moderate to strong prevailing and freshening. Expect mild and hazy conditions, with weather clouding over for rain later. Barometer has a falling tendency. Seas and tides moderate.
