UNITED SPORTS ASSOCIATION.
A full committee meeting of the above presided over by Mr W. T. Jewell was held on Tuesday evening when committees were set up to arrange the programme for the for-th-coming sports meeting as follows : Horse events: Messrs Barber, S. Austin, Neylon, H. Robinson; motor and cycle events, Messrs Pearson, Davidson, Alexander, Thompson; pedestrian events: Messrs Perreau, Hutchins, P. Ball, Parkin; children’s events: Messrs Smith, Davidson, McMurray; novelty events; Messrs Mo Murray, Hutchins, Thompson, Perreau; axemen, etc., officers of all committees. All committees are to report to a general meeting on the Kith inst.
