An otter is blamed for the entire disappearance of a valuable collection of goldfish from ornamental ponds in the grounds of the Weybridge residence of Mr Arthur Collins, of London. After a good deal of investigation, an expert has traced the presence of an otter, but how the marauder found its way to the grounds remains a mystery. -The grounds are among the highest m the town and away from any stream.
