INDECENT ASSAULT.
YOUNG MAN CHARGED. Dunedin, September 5. At the City Police Court to-day, Thomas Henry Edward ltoskilley, a young man, was charged with indecently assaulting a little girl aged seven years in the Botanical Gardens on August 18th. - Accused pleaded not guilty, and was committed for trial, bail being allowed in two sureties of £IOO each.
