PEDESTRIAN SUES MOTORIST.
HEAVY DAMAGES AWARDED.
Dunedin, Last Night. - At, the Supreme Court to-day, Haroid Leslie Campbell sued Charles George Wilson for damages arising out of an accident, which occurred on April 4 last, when defendant’s juptor knocked plaintili down and broke both his legs. The jury awarded £233 19/11 special damages and £SO general damages and judgment was entered accordingly* .
