THEFT ADMITTED.
BANK CLERK’S LAPSE. Christchurch, August 1. Bernard Charles Cdle, a Union Bank clerk, aged nineteen, pleaded guilty to the theft of a dividend warrant for £GS drawn on the National Bank. Cole received the warrant for entry, but cashed it at the National Bank.
