HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 21st inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market, idle, value of ‘J’ grade, August-October shipments, £3O 10s. New Zealand market continues dull and prices nominally unchanged.”
