(To the Editor.)

Dear Sir,—Kindly allow me to correct an error that appears in a recent issue of the “Herald.” Although I had a share in the training of the boys of the Lytton Street School seven-a-side football team, their success at the tournament at Palmerston North on the King’s Birthday was mainly due to Mr John Duffin, who had charge of their final coaching. As Mr Duffin hails from the Foxton district your renders will be gratified to hear of his successful work.—Yours faithfully.
