The Wanganui traffic inspector has been on the alert for cyclists riding without lights. On Wednesday night last, the inspector ‘•bagged” 20 cyclists and on Thursday evening he added another ten to the tally. Blue invitation cards are being issued, and the “no light brigade” will have a held day to themselves at the Magistrate’s Court next Monday. One cyclist was extremely unfortunate, and slowed down and ashed for a match.
