HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner's cable, dated 26th inst. reads :—“Hemp, Manila market quiet and prices irregular, ‘J’ grade in dock sold at £22 June-August shipments at same price later. This week’s New Zealand market inactive, value nominal and unchanged.”
