HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated*the 18th inst., reads: “Hemp, Manila market dull, second-hand, sellers quote M’ grade, May-July shipments £32 ss, buyers offer 10s less; ‘G’ grade quoted at £35 ss. New Zealand market idle and no business reported. Value of nominal high.points, March-May shipments £31155, fair £3O 55.”
