He said that he believed Or. Martin had a grievance against him over his refusing to accept an amendment of his at a recent meeting. He hoped Or. Martin would accept his apologies in connect ion with the matter. Or, Coley said that if mistakes had been made in the past they were all to blame and they should let by-gones be by-gones. Or. Martin said that the Mayor would hear more about the matter at his meeting to-night.
