NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER. is hereby given that the following resolution was passed by Ibe Foxtail Borough Council at a meeting held on the 9th April, 1923, and will be submitted for confirmation as a Special Order at a meeting to be held on the 14th day of May, 1923, at 7.0 p.m.: “That the words “Or his employees'' be inserted after the words “Registered Plumber” in Clause 190 of the By-laws, 1922, the By-law to now read: “No person other than a registered plumber or his employees shall make, cut off, or repair any connection with the Corporation waterworks or fix, remove, alter or replace any pipe, fitting, cistern, or other apparatus, connected with the water supply to any premises.” A copy of the By-law amneded as proposed may be inspected at the Town Clerk’s Oilice, Foxton.
