BABY GIRL ABANDONED.
FOUND BY SOCKBURN RESIDENT. Christchurch, Last Night. A well-developed female child was found by Mrs George Foster, of Socklmrn, abandoned in her garden Into last night, the discovery being brought about bv the infant’s cries. Mrs Foster took it in and cured for it, and this morning informed tlie* police. The infant is now in the ('hrislohureh Hospital.
