REPORT
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 29Hi ultimo, reads: “Hemp, Manila market, quiet but steady at the close. ‘J’ grade, April-June shipments sold at £34 10s, ‘G’ quoted at £36 15s. New Zealand market quiet. Nominal high points, March-May shipments quoted at £33, fair at £3l 10s,”
