PERSONAL.
Mr Roore Rangiheuca commenced his duties as secretary to the Foxton Fire Board on Thursday last.
Mr ail'd Mrs H. 11. Ilonrblow arrived in Foxton on Saturday. Mr Hornblow will take up his duties as local stationmaster this week.
Miss E. M, Purnell will continue to act as relieving teacher at the local State school pending the appointment of a successor to Miss Woodruffe.
