RIFLE SHOOTING.
The team to compete for the F.F. and I. Cup at Hauterc next Saturday will consist of Messrs A. E. Admore, A. Barnard, C. Barnard, 11. Frankland, H. Hamer, S. Head, C. Rand, and W. Symons. The cars should leave the garage at 8.30 a.m. The first meeting of the Horowhenua Rifle Association will he held at Hantere on Easter Monday. There will he three matches at 300, 500 and 600 yards, 7 shots at each, and the championship. Shooting starts at 9 a.m., and entries, with Club handicaps, close on the 24th inst. Late entries scratch. Fuller information will be available when a programme has been received.
