THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for northerly winds moderate to strong, freshening and backing by west to south. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled, with rain following. The barometer lias a falling tendency, but rising after abont sixteen hours. Seas rough, tides moderate swell.
