CORRESPONDENCE.

Sir, —In connection with water and drainage house connections is thei’e a by-law making it compulsory for landlords to provide baths in every house? In many of the houses in Foxlon such conveniences are nut included and in my opinion baths should be included with the installation of water and drainage, and I am sure tenants would not begrudge the extra shilling or so increase in rent. Thanking you in anticipation, I am, etc. TENANT. [There is no by-law dealing with ' the subject mentioned. —Ed. H.]
