SANDON SPORTS CLUB.
Athletes are reminded that nominal ions for the handicap events dose with the secretary, Box 1, Sanson, on Wednesday next, 7th March. The programme is a very liltera 1 one, and competitors can be assured of a hearty welcome and good treatment. Gate money will be refunded to all competitors. Entries also (dose for the McKelvie Shield, Primary schools competition. The shield is a very handsome one, and should attract very spirited competition. The club is to be congratulated on its liberality in connection with this competition. No entry fee being charged, besides free gate entrance and a trophy is to be given to each individual winner, and a gold medal to the boy and a gold brooch to the girl scoring the highest number of points in the competition. The Highland dances for children promise to be well patronised. In these events entrance is also free and the prizes are substantial. Entrance for these events also close on 7th inst.
