ALL ROUND DROP IN PRICE.

Wellington, Last Night.

At the fourth wool sale to-night there was a drop of Id to 2d per lb. all round in prices compared with the January sale. Heavy lots of wool being offered in the Domiuion during February had a tendency to make many of the buyers disinterested. and owing to these heavy offerings, prices may he forced to a lower level. The quality of the Merinos was inferior to that of the previous offerings and finer wools depreciated fully Ud lb. Low coarse and inferior wools suffered to the extent of fully 2d a lb.
