HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 27th instant, reads: “Hemp, Manila market, quieter, recent values being maintained; ‘G’ grade, January-March shipments sold at £37, ‘J’ grade £35. New. Zealand market quiet, fair, January-March, shipment sold at £3l, high points quoted at £33.” -
