The High Commissioner’s cable, dated 13th inst.., reads“ Hemp, Manila market, Ann; good business has been done, ‘J’ grade, JanuaryMarch shipments, sold up to £3o. Better inquiries for New Zealand shipments close at,hand, fair grade in dock selling at £31.”
