HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated oth inst,, reads: —“Hemp, manila market met good speculative demand, fair business has been done; prices have advanced. ‘G’ grade, Januarv-March shipments, sold up to £3O 10s, ‘J’ grade £34. New Zealand unchanged with sellers quoting fair in dock at £3l, high points spot £33 10s.”
