HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. • The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 29th ultimo, reads: — “Hemp, manila market, idle but recent values maintained. ‘G’ grade, December-Febraa ry shipments, £35 15 / <j> erode, £33. New Zealand market without interest; values quite nominal at about quotations already given.
