We have just received, per Mr R. Heath, the ■ ' following magazines from the publishers (Messrs Gordon and Ootch Ltd.) : Weldon’s Bazaar of Children’s Fashions. —The December number shows new ideas foi' everything the children need, smart but simple designs which can be made at home, boys’ coat and cap, poke hat, and also contains gratis patterns. There are designs for fancy dresses, boys' suits and underclothing, baby’s layettes, and a host of other pretty and fashionable designs, and recipes, etc l . • /Weldon’s Ladies’ Journal. — The December number has the most up-to-date modes from London and Paris. The gratis patterns include ■a new wrap coat, French Coat frock, afternoon dress and lady’s brassiere—with full directions for cutting out and making up these designs. The number also includes directions for making the latest, knitted dress in silk and wool, jumpers and blouses, smart suits for town, country and sports wear, new trimmings for velours and felt hats, and a number of other designs, etc. The above may be obtained from Mr I 2 ?.
