The High Commissioner's cable, dated the 2nd in-t.. reads: “Hemp, mnnihi market tinner: good business tins been done. ‘O' grade, November.lamiary shipments sold at £35. vF grade -old £32 19s. December-Feb-ruary shipments, £32 ss. New Zealand market still neglected; quotations nominally unchanged."
