HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner's cable, dated 25th inst., reads : —“Hemp, manila market, fair trade, prices firmer; ‘J’ grade, October-December shipments sold up to £3l i.ss; No-vember-January shipments £32. New Zealand market continues dull. ' Nominal quotations are; high points November-January shipments, £32; N fair £30.”
