HIGH COMMISSIONER’S CABLE. The High Commissioner’s cable, dated the 18j.li hist., reads: —“Hemp rnanila market, quiet but steady. ‘J’ grade, November-January and De-eember-February shipments, sold up to £3l, ‘G’ quoted at £34, _ ‘H’ at £33. New Zealand market continues without interest; fair offered down to £3O, November-January shipments, but no business reported.”
