CLONK TO-DAY AT 5 P.U. All elc*<-t<>iiil roll-, will lie closed to-diiv al ') o'clock. The second suppemenlary roll for Manawatu will eonlain under 1,000 names. The Prohibition and Licensing Trade have paid particular attention to the rolls un this occasion and political commit lees in every centre of the electorate have given the rolls a very close scrutiny with the re~ult that the Manawatu roll is expected to he one of he cleanest and must complete in the Dominion. The -eeond and final supplementary roll dioukl be out of the printer's hands airly next week.
