RIFLE SHOOTING.
Owing; to the inclement weather last Saturday, the last shoot for Mr Robinson's trophies had to hfe postponed. The programme of the annual meeting of the Wellington Rifle Association, to he held on the Trentham range on January 1 and 2, 11)23, has been received. The total of prize money is £37!.) 10s. Entries close with the secretary, Mr W. O. Fellingham, 1.1 Donald McLean St., Wellington, on December 27tli. The programme for the first meeting of the new National Kill© Association (ex-D-ILA.) should come to hand very soon. In this connection, the secretary of the local club (Mr 11. Frankiand) has a number of membership tickets of the N.K-.A. for sale. The membership fee is live shillings per annum, and tickets may be purchased by anyone interested. Those who have the welfare of rifle shooting at heart are invited to assist financially in the development of the National Hide Association.
