CONVICTIONS UPHELD

Reserved decision was given- today by Mr Justice Adams in an appeal recently heard in the Supreme Court, Greymoutli, against. the magisterial convictions of a picture operator and a member of an audience charged with aiding and abetting, in connection with a Sunday exhibition of pictures. His Honour upheld the convictions, and the appeal was dismissed with costs.
