MAORI GIRL’S SUICIDE.
* ANTIDOTES FOR POISON. Waipukurau, October 27. . At an inquest held at Tnkapau on a young Maori girl, aged eighteen, who died as the result of taking poison, a verdict of suicide was returned. Dr. Hall, in his evidence said that if the deceased had been given the proper antidote her life might have been saved, and the coroner added to his verdict a rider that he'was of opinion that vessels containing poison of any description should have the proper antidote shown on them.
