METHODIST SUNDAY SCHOOL.

A meeting of teachers was held on Thursday evening. Election of officers resulted as follows: —Superintendent, Mr Huntley; secretary, and treasurer. Airs Huntley: organist, Aliss Ilonore and Miss R. Seadden. ft was decided to hold the Anniversary on Sunday. November 2tith, with the annual concert and prize giving the following week. It was reported that Air Betty had consented to train he children for the Sunday singing with Aliss Strand ns organist. Tt was decided to spend the same amount on prizes as last year. A Young Worshippers’ League to be commenced in the new year. Finance revealed a credit on the year's working of several pounds. The attendance and roll reports revealed an increase of scholars for the year. It was decided to invite the Rev. IT. Daniel of Mart on to conduct the Anniversary services. Rev. L. Alinilie extended hearty thanks to all the Sunday School workers for their efforts during the year. At the close of the meeting supper was provided bv Airs Huntley.
