A FATAL SPREE.
Dunedin. October 21
Crown Coroner, Mr Bartholomew, held an inquest on William Daniel Hodge, tt single man aged 42 years, who was a porter at the Terminus Hotel, and who fell into the street on Tuesday last, breaking his leg. and died in hospital on Friday. The evidence showed tljnt deceased was intoxicated, and a verdict of “heart failure following delirium tremens supervening the injury” was ret unit'd.
