Stout, S.M., Harry McGregor, who did not appear, was convicted and ordered to pay 7 '- costs and the value of uniform, .(.'(! os 2d, supplied by the Defence Department and which he failed to deliver up. .John Chrystall (Mr Bergin) v. W. C. Healey, claim £lO 10s for rent ;i 11 <1 possession of tenement. Judgmonl lor ninount claimed and costs £3 1 -. and order for possession granted on or before October 31st. In the judgment summons, J, P. G. Allerby (Mr Bergin) v. Charles Robinson, judgment debtor after being examined wijs ordered to pa v £7 7s (id forthwith in default seven days, writ suspended so long as defendant pays £l per month, first payment to lie made on November 20th, 1022.
