RESCUE IN MID-OCEAN. RADIO OPERATOR'S BRAVERY. NEW YORK. u,i. 13. The entire list of those who were aboard the passenger liner, City of Honolulu, who took to the lifeboats when the vessel became afire, were recited by the freight steamer West Farrelon. According to latest adivees the yacht Cassiana, cn route to Honolulu, stood by the burning steamer, aiding the disembarknient of the lifeboats. The passengers are mostly residents ol San Francisco, Los Angeles and other Californian cities on route from Honolulu. Tito lutest. advices state that the list aboard the steamer includes 75 passengers and 145 of the crew. All were, saved. Commendation is expressed of the bravery of the radio operator (W. 11. Boll), who is is on his first sea assignment. Jde refna’inod aboard until die flames drove ITTTii and Captain Lester oil the ship, which was then a veritable furnace.
