RATHENAU MURDER TRIAL.
REMARKABLE EVIDENCE GIVEN. BERLIN, Oct. 11. Remarkable evidence giVen at the Rathenau murder trial disclosed the oxistcuco of an academy, attended mainly by boys lietween 13 and 16 years of age, with the avowed object of cultivating the spirit of Imperialism and Prussianism as a counterblast to the boy scout patrols. One of 1 lie products thereof .was the schoolboy Stubcnrauck, who designed the first plan of Ratbenau's murder, which was nor followed lie coolly informed the court that he had judged Rathenau a danger to tho country in consequence of the Rapallo Treaty and 1 1 reel arranged with Gunther, one of the accused, to murder Rathenau. at a supper party given by a prominent industrialist, but as Gunther failed to keep his promise to provide hint with a revolver he said the friendship oooled. Stnbenriuick’s evidence was a mass of political trivialities. He _ stated that he was allowed to remain at his public school after the proceedings against him were decided in his favour. —Times.
