PROBABLY FIRST WEEK IN DECEMBER. “Has the Prime Minister fixed the date of the general election?” inquired Dr. Thacker in the House yesterday. Mr Massey replied that there were a number of factors which prevented the definite fixing of a date. He could not fix it until the session ended but he was aiming at the first week in December.
