The Government ■ Meteorologist wires as follows at noon to-day:— The indications are for easterly winds moderate to strong, and backing by east to north. The weather appears likely to be cloudy and unsettled at times. The barometer has a falling tendency temporarily. Seas moderate, tides p>oor.
