General Harrington, writing from Constantinople, to the High Commissioner in London, refers to the result of his visit to Gallipoli, expressing high appreciation of the work done there by the Imperial War Graves Commission under the direction of Colonel Hughes. He was much impressed with the really good and economical organisation.
