The many local friends of Mr Brian Svmes will be pleased to hear that lie is making quite a name for himself in insurance circles. Mr S.vines is one of the agents working the Palmerston and Foxton district for the A.M.P. Society (industrial and ordinary). During the last quarter, according to the “Mutual Provident Messenger,” Mr Symes’ work places him first amoiigst the New Zealand agents, and second amongst all the Industrial agents of the Society, numbering six or seven hundred. This record is a fine tribute to the energy and enterprise of our ex-Foxton boy.
