ALLEGED INDECENT ASSAULT

ON LITTLE GIRL. ACCUSED COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. At the local Police Court this morning, before Messrs Perreau • incl Robertson, J’s.P., a young man named Leonard Richard McAllister was charged, in remand from Palmerston N., that he had committed a serious offence on a girl aider the age of 16 years, at Foxion on September 2nd. The accused pleaded not guilty, aid was remanded to appear at the Supreme Court, Palmerston North, for trial on the 7tli November.
