LOAN FOR AUSTRIA.
APPEAL TO UNITED STATES. VIENNA, Sept. 14. Austria is endeavouring to raise a loan in the United States, which it is stated Switzerland, Italy and the Little Entente are prepared to guarantee. The Morgenthau and Kalin financial groups have already agreed to undertake the placing of a loan. Austria will accept the proposal subject to the approval of the League.—A. and N.Z. cable.
