MURDER OF RATHENAU.
ARREST OF A SUSPECT. AMSTERDAM, Sept. 15. Received September 15, Noon. A message from Medan, East Indies, announces that the police have arrested a German named Prinz, who is alleged to be concerned in the murder of Rathenau. Prinz was a stowaway on a German steamer.—A and N.Z. cable.
