FOXTON BOROUGH COUNCIL. HOUSE CONNECTION LOAN. NOTICE is hereby given that the Fox ton Borougli Council proposes for the purpose of assisting householders to instal sanitary appliances, and to connect with the sewerage system, to raise a Special Loan of £2,500 at a rate of interest not exceeding six per centum per annum. And for the purpose of providing for the repayment of the loan, and for the payment of interest charges thereon, to appropriate and pledge as security a Special Rate of Threeeighths penny in the pound on the rateable value of all the unimproved property in the Borough; such rate to be an annually recurring rate during' the currency of such loan, and to be made and levied by resolution of the Council to be passed after the said Special Loan has been agreed to by the Ratepayers. The whole of the loan is to be repaid at the expiry of seven years from the date of raising the same. It is proposed to pay the cost of raising the loan out of the loan money. Wm.
