ASHBURTON UNDER NOLICENSE.
A most interesting address on the oiled no-license has upon the business and moral welfare of a town will be given in the Masonic Hall on Wednesday evening at 8 o’clock. Mr George Andrew has been for some vears in a no-license town and has been so impressed with the results of a dry area that he is giving his time free of charge in travelling New Zealand speaking, desirous only to let people know what is the true position of a no-license district. Admission is free. All are invited to attend. Collection in aid of hall and advertising expenses.
