LONDON. Sept. 3. The Weekly Dispatch says: “In view of the developments in Asia Minor, the Government is now anxious to expedite the Near East Conference. They are also likely to re-act on Moslem feeling in India.”—A. and N.Z. cable. CAUSES OF THE OUTBREAK. PARIS. Sept, 4. The Italian Government has been for mally requested to convene the Near Eastern Conference, an Anglo-French agree ment regarding the terms of the convention having been reached.
